Comments made in a shared document on my Desktop not appearing on my Mobile application

Hello world!
I have just started using Adobe Cloud for as a collaborative tool - been reading a shared document and making comments on my desktop + mobile application at different times. Each time, the document has managed to sync commetns made on both platforms without issue.
However, i began experiencing challenges yesterday with this and comments on my desktop just won't show up in the version i have on my phone - i've tried syncing/saving multiple times and the desktop version says it's uploaded to cloud every time - the only problem is i'm stuck with an old version of the document on my phone
Really not sure what to do at this point - it seems like it might be a problem on my phone side or with the way cloud works but i'm not sure how to proceed - anyone face similar challenges before? How did you resolve them?
N/B: attached are screengrabs of the same page on the different platforms - the one with comments is from the desktop app
