Comments not showing up on Mobile Phone

I was accessing a pdf to read on my computer, but I also want to read it on my phone, however, the comments that I posted on my laptop aren't showing up on the pdf on my phone, even though it's the same pdf (because I starred it). It just shows the original pdf without the comments I added. Is there anyway I can access the same pdf with the same comments on both device?

    As suggested by @Bernd Alheit  you can save your documents to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ .

    In this way all your document will be synced across devices.
