Tearing my hair out here trying to BUY Adobe sign. At the moment the system is saying that I am in the UK when I am in Spain. The only reason I can see is that I have asked for English as a language.
Changing the region only changes the choice of Adobe website. It doesn't change the location which is deep inside the business and personal profiles.
What this means is that when I go to pay, the postcode I put in for Spain doesn't get accepted as the system wants a UK format postcode. This then STOPS MY BUYING.
I want to DELETE both the business and personal accounts and simply start again with a new account and see if I can nominate my location as Spain. This is NOT simple on Adobe and unfair by Adobe.
Can you help please. I just want to buy the product and pay by credit card

From the description above, it looks like the country in your profile on Google Play Store needs to be changed as the payment for your subscription will be processed through Google Play and not Adobe.
You may follow the below steps to change the country:
On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app ;
At the top right, tap the profile icon;
TapSettings->General ->Account and device preferences ->Country and profiles;
Tap the country where you want to add an account;
Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment method for that country.
