- Which app or platform you are using to send the file (email, messaging app, cloud link, etc.)?
- What is the workflow/steps you are taking to share the file (Attachment or direct file)
- If this happens with all files or only a specific one?
Check the platform you’re sending the file through, Apps like messaging platforms or email clients often control how previews are displayed, and some may show only the file type icon rather than the document preview.
The preview you see when sharing a file is generally generated from the first page of the PDF or from the file metadata. If the first page is blank or contains unsupported content, the preview may not appear.
