Read out loud is a feature on the Android platform that utilizes the text-to-speech engine from Google/Samsung.

On iOS, there is an alternative where you can select the text and, from the menu, click on speak.

The speak content option in the phone's settings should be enabled to do so. You can learn how to do so here.
