Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described you are unable to recover files from your old cell phone.

Have you stored the files to your phone memory or on a cloud storage like Adobe Document cloud? If you have stored it on Document Cloud storage please go to the link - https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/  go to Documents tab  and look for your documents
