I hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to recover a deleted file.

Was the file deleted from Document Cloud or the Files app on your Phone?

You may want to check the recycle bin section if it is on the Phone's file application. If it is deleted from Documents Cloud storage, I am afraid the file will be lost if you do not have a backup.
