We are unable to understand the exact issue you refer to. Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. A screenshot of what you see;

4. A sample file where you experience the issue to reproduce in house.
