Como resolver o problema que me impede de mesclar arquivos?

Tenho com frequência o problema para mesclar arquivos. Isso está ficando insuportável pois atrapalha o meu trabalho. Vou cancelar a assinatura se não for resolvido.

    Normalmente, com todos que tento combinar. Uso pelo IOS. A versão do Acrobat é a 26.02.00 (20260205.144119). Por enquanto, o problema está resolvido. Porém, é possível que volte a acontecer a qualquer momento, pois está cada vez mais frequente.

    Since you mentioned that this tends to happen frequently, it would be helpful to gather a bit more information in case it occurs again. When the issue reappears, could you please let us know:

    • Does it happen with a specific file or with all files you try to match?

    • Are the files stored locally on your device, in iCloud, or another cloud service?


    In the meantime, you may also try the following steps if the problem returns:

    • Ensure the Adobe Acrobat Reader app is updated to the latest version available on the App Store.

    • If possible, test with a different PDF file to see if the behavior persists.

    If you’re able to capture a screen recording or screenshot when the issue happens again, please share it here as well. That would help us investigate the behavior more closely.

    To better understand what might be happening, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Does the issue occur with one specific PDF file, or with all the PDFs you try to combine?
    • Could you also let us know which device and Acrobat version you’re using (Android, iOS)?

    In the meantime, please try the steps below and see if that works:

    • Try combining a different set of PDF files to see if the issue is file-specific.
    • Ensure that none of the PDFs are password-protected or digitally signed, as those files usually cannot be combined with others.
    • You may also try combining the files using Acrobat Web here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/combine-pdf/ 

    This will help determine whether the issue is related to the files or the app itself.
