I checked the email address mentioned above and couldn't find any subscription related to the account.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. Any other email account you might have used for the purchase?

2. An acknowledgment receipt email screenshot from the Google Play Store/Samsung Galaxy Store with the Order ID on it for further investigation.
