Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader for Mobile.

Any error you see when trying to install the application, or is it when trying to login to the application?

Also, as you are able to use the subscription on your desktop, please cross-check if you are using the same email address on your phone to log in to the app.

If using a business account, there could be an issue with the profile selection, which can cause errors in identifying the entitlement.

Checking your account on the email address registered on the community, you have an individual susbcription for Acrobat Standard, so there shouldn't be any issues unless the email address has been put differently.

Can you please share a screen recording of the entire event for us to understand better?
