Confused
I need to speak to a customer service representative concerning my Adobe creative cloud subscription. I had this service installed to do one thing and one thing only and then canceled my free membership. After I thought I did this successfully I have been charged $54 for the service that I already canceled. Please tell me how I can reach a human or something to fix my problem. I would also like to be refunded the money that has been charged due to the fact that I did in fact cancel and that I do not use.
