Confused about my account

Good afternoon, Hopefully someone can direct me to who or how I can get my paid subscription. I have a reaccuring monthly charge of 9.99. Now, I am attending college the Adobe paid subscription which is not on any of my devices, only the free subscription. I need it to be active and connected to my desktop, android note 10, tablet and laptop which all have the same gmail.com email account. However, I have tried to contact Adobe through help & support but have never received a reply. I am sure this is easy. When I logged into my laptop to get it ready for school the Adobe log in page says my user account name is incorrect but it is the same Gmail account on all devices on the same network. I need to make sure this is all synching properly so I do not have any problems creating necessary pdf documents for school and using the fill and sign feature. Please help. Thank you. Hello David,

 

Sorry for the late response and the experience you had with our servies.

 

As you are getting an error when trying to sign in to the application, have you tried logging in to the website of Document Cloud and checked if you are able to use the tools there or not.

If it works there, try removing the credentials from your device once through the credential manager / Key chain access -> restart the device and then try logging in bakc with the e-mail address that has the active subscription and then check.
