Constant notification on app

Why is there a constant notification on my app when I have no notification when I open the app? I've  looked all through the app and cannot find how to get rid of it.

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that you are getting a constant notification on the app and when you checked in the app there is no notification. As we are can not see any such issue on our end, could you share few details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model of the device?

2. Acrobat Reader application version?

3. OS version?

 

Kindly, sign out from the application then reboot the device and then sign in back then check if the issue persists.

Also, update the application to the latest version.
