Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
I have checked your Adobe account and unable to track any active/paid subscription. If you have used a different email for the purchase, please logout of the app and re-login with the correct email/Adobe ID and check.
You may also tap on the profile icon in the Acrobat mobile app > Subscription > Restore Purchase and see if that helps.
