I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry the PDF is not showing your information correctly, especially when you are trying to access your account data.

To make sure I understand: in Reading Mode and when the document is read aloud, you see or hear asset values in your name that do not appear in the document itself, and the part related to Bank Inter shows repeated "@" characters. Please correct me if I have misunderstood anything.

To help us look into this, could you please share:

• Your device model, whether it is Android or iPhone, and the operating system version.

• The version of Acrobat Reader installed on your device.

• Whether the "@" characters also appear in the normal view of the PDF, or only in Reading Mode and when it is read aloud.

• Whether the same PDF opens correctly in another PDF viewer, and where you downloaded it from.
