He olvidado la contraseña de los archivos protegidos. 

¿Como puedo restablecerla?

Hi @Mig22,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with passwords.

 

As the passwords for the files are something, not stored in our database to safeguard the encryption of the file, it has to be either remembered by you or you might have to contact the creator of the file to get access to the applicaiton.

 

Hope this clarifies the point.
