La conversation de mes fichiers PDF en Word par exemple ne sont pas corrects : mise en forme non respecté, les mots sont collés, non respect des ponctuations,... etc

The accuracy of the conversion depends on how the PDF was originally created. If it’s a scanned image or contains complex formatting (like columns, tables, or non-standard fonts), you may notice issues such as words sticking together, missing punctuation, or layout changes.
What is the workflow/steps you are taking to convert the PDF to MS Word document? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for more clarity.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also make sure the application is updated to the latest version available on App/Play Store and reboot the device once.
If the file is scanned, make sure to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) during conversion. In Acrobat, you can do this by selecting Tools > Enhance Scans > Recognize Text.
