Convert Pdf to Excel and no luck

hi

Each time I try to convert pdf to excel I get a message that pops up and says they will let you know when it is finished.

I have the paid for version and am logged n t bot Acrobat and excel.

Please can someone help

Did you switch to other app while conversion is in progress?

Converted documents will appear in Home > Recent and the Files > Locations > Document Cloud.

Please switch to the Home screen. In the Recent file browser, do you see a converted Excel file at the top?

I have had a look there is no file in the cloud and I did wait in the open app to see for a notice to say. It was done but non come up.
