1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version of your device;

3. A screenshot or screen recording of the issue for a better understanding.

 

You can try restoring the subscription depending on your platform: iOS | Android
