Hope you are doing well. From the above description, I understand that you want to copy the files from your Motorola to your notebook.

Generally, if the files that you open on Acrobat Reader Mobile are saved on Document Cloud, they would automatically sync up when you log-in to your notebook using the same Adobe Account.

If they are not saved, you may want to use the option that says upload to Document Cloud and it would save on the cloud drive.
