Copy Link Issue

I have a 240 MB file that every time i select copy link so i can send the link to someone to view the file it takes very long time in the process and sometimes in the end makes a blank box... ? what is happening here?

Hi SaiyanWarrior,

Please try updating the application to the recent version 18.10.02 available in the App Store.

Make sure that the internet connection is not intermittent.

Also, try once to reboot the device.

Check if you still experience any issue after updating the application.

If the issue still persists, let us know the details asked below:

- Does it occur with a particular PDF or with others as well?

- What is the application and OS version installed on the device?

- Is it possible to share the problematic file with us?
