Copy option does not exist after highlighting text / iOS ipad

Hi to whom it may concern,

 

I got my new iPad Air recently and noticed that copy option is missing after highlighting text.

Is this a bug? I noticed some other users complaining the same issue in discussions.

It this happening with any pdf files (not file specific).

 

Device: iPad Air 5th

iOS version: 15.6.1

Acrobat version: 23.02.01

free user, not logged-in.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the situation as well? This would help us get a better understand of the situation and narrow down the approach we take in order to get to a resolution.

    Here are my screen captures of the problem.

     

    As you can see, I think Copy(コピー) should be at the most left, but it is missing.

    I have also attached a screen capture from my previous ipad.
