Copy & Paste Feature

I used to be able to rename files by copy & past from the document. When I highlight a title to do so now it doesn't offer that feature any more. Why is that?

    We are unsure of the workflow you are trying to achieve and, thus, cannot share a concrete resolution to the problem.
