Corrupt files

Does anyone know why the app corrupts a file when receiving a phone call or reading a message, and then deletes all notes made since the document was opened. It even corrupts a file while just working on it for more than +-20min, then all progress is lost.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    This sounds strange and should not be happening. Would you mind sharing few more pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The Android version of your device;

    3. A screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding.
