Corrupt or damage file

Question

When going to old File to open , corrupt or damage file appears and file will not open! And can send old file via email and open in email however in preference flatten copy and box ticked so this file cant be edit , it still can ? Any ideas welcome

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The iOS version your device is on;

3. A screen recording of the experience you had;

4. A sample file for investigation.
