Corrupt PDF maybe?

Question

I am trying to convert A seemingly good PDF file to A word document. Adobe seems to accept the file and performs the conversion but when the converted file is opened in word the file is blank and the file size is reduced considerably. I have tested Adobe with other pdf files and successfully made the conversion to A word document. Unless someone can come up with an answer I'm left to believe that the PDF, although the file opens correctly in Adobe, is somehow corrupt?..

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in, and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for futher investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> about Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and the version your device is using;

3. A sample file where you experience the issue.

Since this is a file specific issue, we will need the file to test inhouse for correct troubleshooting steps.

How was that PDF file created (the properties give you an indication)?Can you share the file with us?
