Covert to JPEG not available

Hi, I have purchased the Acrobat Reader and the Export PDF programe. I can't find how or where I can export a PDF to a JPEG, it's just giving me Word or Excel as options.

when I go to the Acrobat desktop app and try there it sends me to the online page to purchase the Export again alhough im signed in ...

please help
