We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.
The tablet is a “onn pro”. When I go to forward or email sign off sheets for work the box where I type in the address does something weird, freezes for a few seconds the goes black and back to Home Screen then says Adobe has crashed. I had the same tablet and bout a new one thinking the old one was just messed up. I’m pretty sure the latest version is downloaded but I’m not 100% and I don’t know how to update the tablet itself
