You have to refer to the user guide literature of your phone to learn how to do that.

Every email client app and the operating that is used by mobile devices is different.

Your question doesn't really asks about Adobe Reader Mobile app.

Unless this is related to Adobe Reader mobile app, you should ask this question in an Apple support forum.

Are you even using the Acrobat Reader Mobile app in you iOS device?
