Create PDF in app does not work
I downloaded the app on my iPhone 8, and subscribed to adobe so I could create PDF documents. But the 'create' button is still greyed out and I can't use it ☹

Sorry to hear that.
As the create PDF option is greyed out, please try to check what you see under the plans and products on your profile in the application.
In the application, go to Home, then tap on profile icon probided at the top right corner and select Plans & products. Share the screenshot.
You may also try signing out and reboot the device.
Then sign in again and check if the options works.
If the above steps does not help, share the application installed on your device.
