Hi Jaybiag,

 

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

Please try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Check if you can create PDF after signing in again.

Also, open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ in browser and sign in with the Adobe ID.

Try to create PDF from there and check if that works.
