Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to report a critical issue with the Adobe Acrobat app on my iPad Pro 11" (3rd Generation), currently running iPadOS 18.5. After updating to the latest version of Acrobat, the app crashes immediately upon opening. I have attempted the following solutions:
1. Force closing and reopening the app.
2. Rebooting the iPad.
3. Updating iPadOS to the latest version.
4. Deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store.
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Worse, after reinstalling the app, all my saved documents were lost, which caused a significant disruption to my work.
This leads me to believe that the issue might be caused by a bug in the latest version of the app. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter or providing a workaround or rollback option to an earlier stable version.
