Crop Page Feature in Adobe Reader Mobile crops with wrong margins

Dear Support,

Please watch the attached movie for my detailed workflow. The area that I selected in the beginning is correct in terms of proper boundaries, but when I clicked “done” the outcome of the cropped pages are not correct.

My adobe acrobat mobile version is : 26.01.11 (20260130.132402)

IOS Ipad : 26.1

Ipad Model Number: MD4A4TY/A

The file does nor matter, the problem persists with other pdf files as well. I have tried this crop feature with my other pdf files with multiple pages. In this video, I used the scanned version of one my books to better describe my problem, but my scanner is not one of the best.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out and sharing your observation.

I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end and the application is working fine.

My Acrobat Mobile app version is : 26.02.00

iPadOS: 26.3

Please try updating the App and the iPad OS to the latest version and reboot the device once and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Amal,

I performed the update, and now I am also 26.02.00 (20260205.144119).

I also updated my IOS to 26.3

But, my problem persists it still crops my document as in the videoç

What can I share with you to let you recreate the same situation in your system as well ?

or any other user face similiar problem ?
