Question

Crop tool is not working in Acrobat pro app on Android mobile. Asking to subscribe for using crop tool. Remaining all tools works fine

Crop tool is not working on Acrobat Pro app on Android mobile 

Also I cannot login on to Adobe cloud on Android mobile via Acrobat app 

Struggling since months with this issue 

Help me resolve this issue or please give me refund by cancelling my subscription

    Hello, I had sent all the details in my previous post. Also messaged details in private post. 

     

    The issue was not resolved yet

    Could you please confirm the subscription you are using for the mobile application? It would be very helpful if you could provide a screen recording demonstrating both issues. This will assist the team in investigating further. Additionally, please share the version of Acrobat and the operating system currently on your device.
