Data a podpis mizí z uloženého dokumentu

Dobrý den,

prosím o pomoc. Mám PDF dokument,který lze upravovat a podepisovat. Po vepsání údajů perem Solus  a podpisu zákazníka dokument uloží na cloud a do iPadu. Po opětovném otevření po pár dnech se vše nebo část informací+podpisu vymaže. Nevím,kde je chyba. Adobe nemám předplacený,funkce jsou ale povoleny.

 

Děkuji za pomoc. Je to pro mne velmi důležité.

It sounds like the changes made to the PDF, including the entered data and signature, are not being saved properly. Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as is occurs for more clarity.

Here are a few things you can try and see if that works:

  1. Ensure Proper Saving – After filling out the form and signing, make sure you tap on Done or Save before closing the document.

  2. Check Cloud Sync – If the document is saved to the cloud, ensure that the file has fully synced before closing the app or switching devices. Sometimes, unsynced changes may not be retained.

  3. Use Adobe Acrobat – If you are using a third-party PDF viewer, try opening the file in the Adobe Acrobat app to see if the changes are still present.
