No your link doesn't work and why on earth would there not be a delete? Maybe so you would purchase a subscription????

The link doesn't work because it was written four years ago. 

But deleting is free. It's last in the ... menu for each file.

Tip (took me a while to find because there is no visual clue): the menu doesn't fit on the screen. Or rather it could fit, but it starts too far down. You need to drag the menu to see the last items.

Not the best design, in my opinion. Needs to have a visual clue that the menu is scrollable.
