Deleting files

So many times I have deleted downloaded pdf files and books .but it keeps coming back in my Adobe  files on this device  section  how do I delete permenantly ? 

 

 2 there is few advertised brocher  that also unable to delete message flashes this file can't be deleted .

3. Sometimes  after selecting file for deleting. There is no delete option available for that file .

Please guide ...how do I permanent delte all the files on my android app .

    Hi @Nita28653471boyc,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    This could be because the file was once opened in Acrobat Reader Mobile, and thus, it would appear on the recent list. 

    If you cannot delete the file from within Acrobat, the file no longer exists on the source. You may try to remove or clear the entire recent list, and you will not be able to see the file again.

     

    Hope this clarifies your question.

    Thank you for your email.
    When I click on pdf file it opens that means it is there .
    And it shows on recent list as well as files on this device.both the
    place not able to delete. It's Android app .

    Thank you for getting back. Would you mind sharing a screen recording or screenshots (a screenshot of the file showing up on your device page & a screenshot of your files app where the file does not show if searched)?

     

    This would help us narrow the approach to reach a concrete resolution.
