Je souhaiterai connaître les raisons pour lesquelles je ne peux plus ouvrir un document , le remplir et le signer. Quelle démarche dois/je effectuer pour remédier à ce problème?

Thanks for reaching out. And sorry for the troubled experience.

If it is a particular document, I am assuming it is corrupted. If you are unable to open any pdf document, we would like to know a few things:

1. Are you using Adobe's Mobile or the Desktop app?

2. Is it Acrobat or Reader?

3. What is the version of the app?

4. What happens when you open a PDF file?

This will help us troubleshoot further.
