I have an active PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION but it won't let me access any features that I have been paying for for years. I will CANCEL if it's not resolved ASAP.

OK, how do you want us to help you with such an problem description? What does not work? Please state the OS and version, Acrobat and version and what you tried and the error you encountered. Please document with screenshots where applicaple, but please remove any private information, like e-mails etc, prior to posting here.
