Descarga por error!

Hola.  Nose como se ha descargado el programa y supuestamente me he dado de baja pero veo que no. No tengo ni idea como hacerlo. Por favor, solicito la baja del programa y el reembolso de lo que se me ha cobrado.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest contacting the store where you purchased the subscription.
