Devo disattivare il mio abbonamento da un dispositivo iOS ma l’account di Adobe ha una email diversa da quella dell’account Apple e quindi non posso farlo nel modo illustrato dal sito

    If the subscription was purchased on an iOS device, it is managed by your Apple account, not directly through Adobe — even if the email addresses are different. So, the cancellation will still need to be done through your Apple ID.


    Here’s what you can try:

    • On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings

    • Tap your name at the top

    • Tap Subscriptions

    • Find the Adobe subscription in the list

    • Tap it and select Cancel Subscription

    If you’re unable to see the subscription there, it might mean the purchase was made using a different Apple ID. In that case, you’ll need to sign in with the correct Apple ID used at the time of purchase.

    • Are you able to see the subscription under your Apple ID?

    • Or do you think it might have been purchased with a different Apple account?

    If you’re still stuck, you may also need to contact Apple Support, as they handle billing for iOS purchases and can help locate or cancel the subscription for you.

    Da qui non sembra possibile disattivare l’abbonamento. NON trovo nessun pulsante che mi consente di farlo. 

    Ho allegato anche l’immagine della parte del sito che indica come disattivare l’abbonamento ma queste non sono uguali quindi non so come fare

     As described in my previous response,  If the subscription was purchased on an iOS device, it is managed by your Apple account, not directly through Adobe. The cancellation will still need to be done through your Apple ID managed via Apple Support.
