Different prices in adobe apps

What are the differences between the in-app purchases in ios apps Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Scan?Acrobat offers Premium Tools for € 10,99 and Adobe Scan offers the pdf-pack for € 11,49? What should I choose if I want to work with pdfs on my iPhone and iPad only?
