Disappearing Highlighting and notes

I just started on the premium and my trial hasn't even ended yet, but now I'm having trouble even opening my textbooks and any highlights or notes o make disappear as soon as I close the textbook. This never happened with the free version. Please fix it ASAP as for a nursing student these notes and highlights are critical
