Disappointment

I just wanted to let you all know how ridiculous it is using the system. I paid for a subscription just to combine files via my mobile app. Why can I not access the same features from my desktop version? I had to jump through an absurd amount of mouse click hoops just to find my way to the same features. Very disappointing considering I have to actually pay for this. It shouldn't be easier to get work done on my phone than the actual computer. Do better.
