Document cannot be openend because it might be corruptef

Hello

i was using PDF file on Acrobat to Sign some document. At first it opened and i could Sign it and do all the stuff i needed to do. But when i wanted to send it or open again it show that it cannot be opend because it might be corrupted. 
I have the newest version of app. I can be opened on any other app. And it cannot be deleted or done anything else ( I mean the file )

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned, you were able to open the file earlier but now it is showing that it cannot be opened because it might be corrupted. We have tried to reproduce the issue but it is working fine. Would you mind sharing some more information to understand the issue better?

1. Is this happening with a particular file or multiple files?

2. If possible, could you attach the file here or share some screenshots of the issue?

3. What is the OS name (Android/iOS) and version?

 

Please try to open the file on Acrobat Reader DC (freeware) for desktop, here is a help document to install it
