Document Cloud doesn't work on my tablet but works on both my cell phones every time I selected

Everytime I try to open the document cloud on my tablet it never works every time I open the document cloud on my cell phone it works every time I open the document cloud on my other cell phone it works every single time I try to open the document cloud on my tablet it does not work what is the deal how can I fix it just sucks I need my tablet use more than my cell phone
