Document cloud files disappeared from all my devices

My document cloud files disappeared form all my devices, iPad, iPhone and PC. I've restarted all and still nothing. Are there any problem with your servers?

Hello, I have the same problem. I am registered as a student with a Cloud Volume of 3 GB.   I used Adobe Cloud to save my literature etc. but it all disappeared.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind logging into: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents using the same email that you used and check if the files are available there? 

 

Let us know how it goes so we can investigate further.

Hello, thanks for the question.
Unfortunately not. There are files, but not the ones I had saved in the Adobe Readers' cloud.

There was an issue going on with the Document Cloud which has been fixed now.

Could you please check and confirm if you can view your files now?

Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in with your Adobe ID.
