Document cloud PDF open up blank on ipad

Hello,

PDF that I have uploaded from my computer to acrobat document cloud open up blank on my IPad. I can access the document fine from the internet or from the acrobat reader app on my computer but just not on the iPad. If I share the document, I can view the shared document on the iPad but not the original file.

Also, if I download the exact same PDF document from the exact same internet source (JSTOR) on my iPad Safari I can then view it on the iPad.

The problem is that all the PDFs that were uploaded to document cloud from my computer cannot be opened with the Acrobat reader app on the Ipad.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better. 

  1.  Make and model of your device? 
  2. Application version? 
       

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. 
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.3.0.17414 

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.03.00
