Document is empty error

I lost my document. Please fix this bug.

A document which I use long time, shows 0 kb.

iPhone 5S / iOS 9.3.3

I have the same problem but my document was only saved locally. What should I do? It is very important to me

Hi iCeka,

Can you confirm the location of your file? Was it saved locally on your device or on document cloud storage? is it was the only document which started showing 0kb?

You may check whether your files are available on- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

Also, please confirm the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer? Update it to Acrobat Reader 17.12.15.

it was saved both on cloud and local.

yes only this file which is over 300MBs.

it's still available on my cloud.

I use the last version of adobe reader on my iphone.
